New York Minute #50
By Rob Safuto on Mar 31, 2006 in Audio, Podcast, Soundseeing
A great soundseeing tour this week. New York based personal chef Mark Tafoya joins me for a walk through the Chelsea Market at 9th Avenue and 15th Street. Lots happening at Chelsea Market. Wine, bread, gelato, great bakeries, fruits and vegetables, plus the Food Network and much more. Why not join us for a fun walk through the market? This one is nearly an hour long but well worth the time invested. Don’t forget to check out Mark and his chef friends over at the Culinary Podcast Network.
And soon enough I’ll get the video from our podcast up here as well.

You mentioned that New York City is the safest city in the U.S. The Census bureau gives that honor to Newton, MA for the safest city and to San Jose, CA for the safest large city.

Chris,
You’re a real sharpshooter. I didn’t say New York was considered the safest city. I said that New York is the safest large city in America. My assertion stands, New York City is the safest large city. The FBI thinks so as well.
