Waterfalls are coming to New York City. This is likely to be the biggest city attraction in the summer of 2008.  A series of waterfalls are being installed in the East River at the following locations:

The Brooklyn Anchorage of the Brooklyn Bridge;
Between Piers 4 and 5 in Brooklyn Heights;
