Video - Midtown Walk
By Rob Safuto on Jun 1, 2024 in Video
Without further delay please join me on a walk through Midtown Manhattan. I start at Penn Station, head north to the new New York Times building, go over to Times Square, up Broadway then make my way past the very cool Hearst building up to Columbus Circle. It’s a lovely day so I’m glad to have you along.

Just returned from first real New York trip last week. Found your site right before leaving and was soooo helpful. Looking at the your videoblogs after makes me want to go back soon. Thanks, and keep up the good work.

Thanks mate…we’re off to New York (from London) in 3 weeks and it’s great that you have taken the time to do this video. Seeing things like the Hershey shop and the Letterman show was helpful for me. Keep it up.

Aaaaargh I want to be in NYC!!! It has been a year since I’ve been there and I’m having withdrawal symptoms. Great video though, it’s cool seeing places where I’ve been on the Minute Show.
Keep up the good work!

Great video, i went to NY for a St Patrick’s day and stayed on 8th avenue. I fell in love with the city all over again.
This site is officially my favorite of all NYC info guides and podcasts.
Keep up the good work.

Hey Rob
I love love love your site and podcasts - I downloaded all the podcasts and listen to them from my pc and also on my ipod on the way to work each day. I’m off to NYC for the FIRST time in October for 2 weeks. I’ve booked the “Big Apple Greeter” - do you want to mention that sometime? It seems like a great free service for visitors to your city. Thanks again, Kathryn.

Katherine,
I’m glad that you find the content enjoyable. October is a great time to see the city. It’s still pretty warm and there are fewer crowds at big attractions. I know of the Big Apple Greeter program and will make a note to mention it.
Cheers,
Rob
